Only 30 Amps Available

Does anyone have experience with a 2005 Magna with Amana electric refrigerator running with only 30 amp service? In the Canadian Maritimes most of the time 30 amp is all there is.

I think the Amana refrigerator is averaging 8 amps. Is there any problem running other appliances one at a time (such as the Advantium Speedcook or even one A/C unit)?
