Thanks John for the follow up phone calls to confirm what the Fla regulations for drivers licenses state. I tried calling but didn't get a human being. The purpose of my posts #10411 was to present the ACTUAL law/regs from the Div of Motor Vehicle site. However, knowing some of you would say....oh, but States are changing these every day....I went to the legislative changes from the 2004 legislative session. These are also listed on the site and none of the changes has anything to do with RV's. For tech issues we get very good info here but on the license issue (I won't even go to the 20,000 weight issue) it has been opinion, speculation and hearsay. I just wanted to put the issue to rest for one state....Florida. Now, you guys can work on the other 49. Joe Cronin
