Smoke'n CAT's Oil

It's true Diesel will not dissolve like gasoine will, but diesel will still change the visocity and lubrication qualities of the motor Oil. I would not operate my diesel on a rich mixture of diesel in motor oil. Maybe minute issue, but still a concern.
