receiving country coach info

Every day I receive the up-date on country coach info. I would just like this to come once a week and not every day. Can anyone tell me how I change my information so it will happen this way.

Go to the CC Forum webpage

and in the upper right you'll see 'Edit my Membership' Click on that and look in the middle of the page and you'll see that you can change the "message delivery" to whatever you want. I prefer to not get any email delivery at all, so I've checked no delivery, that I'll visit the website and read messages there.
