COOKING WITH GAS

My wife failed to mention that with gas it is better to cook with a heavy metal saucepan or fry pan, not the light weight aluminum type.
Those that have a weight problem (coach weight!) may not like the idea of carrying the heavier pots and pans but it is really the only way to go for best results.
