Dumb question...do these big rigs have ball bearing in the wheels? When I read your subject, thats the first thing I thought of as it was the sound I heard when my ball bearings were going in my gas rig. They weren't properly packed with grease and it was scary when they went...intermittent problem that the dealer didn't find.
