Savings Opportunity on 2000 Country Coach Allure

Several weeks ago, I posted a notice that Rita and I were traveling to Florida to buy a house and get off the road after seven years of full-timing it. Well, we missed Charley and Frances and after several days in Georgia, we dodged Ivan. We are now in Florida, have bought a house and are ready to settle down.
You are probably asking yourself, "Why should we care about Dale and Rita buying a house?" The most important reason is that if I can sell our MH by 31 Oct 2004, I can save a few thousand dollars by not having to take out a mortgage. I assume most of you have owned homes before and you are aware of the costs involved with applying for and getting a home mortgage as well as the added stress it puts in your life.
I am willing to share this savings with anyone who buys the MH by 31 Oct 2004. While I can't share the whole amount since I will have to obtain temporary housing until our house is completed, I am will to reduce the price by $2,000.
Additionally, in my previous posting, I forgot to mention that the two AC/Heat Pumps and the refrigerator are under Extended Warranty. I have just renewed the warranties for all three items until 31 Oct 2005. Also, just before leaving Salt Lake City in August, I replaced all three 8-D Batteries.
