Hi Mike,

If you are lucky enough to have a Cummins engine repair facility close to you, they will stock it. Or, a Navistar truck dealer should have it, or they will order it in for you. Cummins should also check your SCA level for you if you bring them a coolant sample. Navistar will probably do the same.
