Finally....and what to do with the J Couch

Yahoo Message Number: 12174
Well it looks like by the end of the month I'll be the proud owner of a 01 Intrigue. After looking for over a year I will be glad to have finished the search part and get on to the use part.

One question, I will inherit a J Couch which I have no intention of using. I have a computer desk and recliner setup which I prefer.
What does one due with the couch ?? I hate to see it just set in storage.

Is there a market for them ?? Seems a large number of people have them removed. Where do they all go ??

With unwanted furniture from a delevered coach I found the only source was to drop it off with the RV Surplus Dealer at Rice Ranch South in Quartzsite. Don't expect what the list price is or anywhere close to it but you can at least get rid of it so its not sitting in the garage for two years like I did with the cherry wood cabinet I did not want.

Thanks. That's about what I expected. I don't really care about the money end of it, I'm just thinking that if there was a way to get it into a system where someone could actually use it as opposed to sitting in the garage like you mention.

Check rv.net and post your info there...I've seen things like that advertised there. What happens to them from there on, I have no clue, but it's a start since it has a lot of "visitors" with all kinds of rigs.

In fact, an enterprising sales guy told me that he prefers em 'cause the "J" part of the cushion gives him a place to set his chips while he's laying there. Go figure ...
