On Saturday October 23, 2004, an email was posted with respect to Buddy Gregg Motor Homes service of Country Coach products sold by Buddy Gregg. The comments made were not an official statement of Buddy Gregg Motor homes, Inc. but the comments of a dedicated and diligent Service Manager concerned over customer expectations and his steadfast desire to exceed the customer's anticipations. He understands Buddy Gregg is a dealer that constantly strives to exceed expectations in all service areas inclusive of scheduling appointments, work performed on a coach, reputation and credibility.
