Drainage for AC Condensation Not Working Verry Well, 2003 Allure

I recently purchased a 36' 2003 Allure #30856 and am having a problem with the roof AC drainage. The drain hoses do not drain the condensation very well. I gained acces to the top of the AC and noticed that the AC condensation collection tub was overflowing water into the coach. The short drain hoses connected to the tub on both sides were clean. I then tried cleaning out the long drain hose with a fitting attached to a garden hose and applying water pressure. The water came out of the drain hose at the bottom rear passenger side of the coach. So, I assume that all the condensation from both ACs is supposed to drain out of this drain. This seemed to work as long as the coach is kept level. However, there must be some low spots in the hose where water is trapped and cannot drain.
When driving (ACs off) and applying the brakes, this trapped water rushes into the living room AC and overflows into the living room floor. This is only my theory. Anyone else have this problem? Thanks

This has long been one of my pet peeves. Why don't the designers of these units route this water back over the condenser coils to improve efficiency(~5%) and get rid of it via evaporation. This has long been done by most window AC units and I'm sure would work the same in these roof units.

I can't understand why my new Coleman heat pumps are designed to piddle on roof. Has any one seen any accessory to put condensate on outdoor heat exchangers of RV ACs or heat pumps? I have two old CHEAP small 120 volt ACs in my shop windows. Neither drip any water ever. They save electricity & have no condensate dripping to attract yellow jacket wasps.
