Hi to everyone.

It's been an education to go through the archives and read the survival stories. I could relate to most of them and could probably add a few. I just returned from National RV Service Center in Lakeland, FL, where I am happy to say my expectations were exceeded. After three years of frustration, I am hoping that the bugs are finally all worked out of our 36' 2000 Intrigue Galley's Open #11020. If only we could have enjoyed our coach that first year! Our problems so far have not involved the outstanding chasis or Cummins 350HP -- we've never experienced a problem on the road.
But the coach is another story altogether. Our service and support has had its ups and downs, but for the most part, Country Coach support has never deserted us and for that we are grateful. When everything is working properly, there are those moments of sheer enjoyment and pride. I hope there are lots of them in the future! Jon
