CO problem

I forgot that my water heater had a problem of the frame splitting and we go the exhaust vent covered by the metal in the exhaust chamber. I removed the water heater put a new panel in and reassembled with no further problems maybe this is the CO problem Noone could seeIf you are interested checkout the fit on the water heater aand exhaust plunm

It seems as though it shouldn't be difficult to find/fix the source. Shut all the possible sources down and re-start them one at a time until CO is detected. A good portable CO detector might help also. Maybe your local fire station could help as I think they have this type of equipment.
