"Bob Olsen", what is the president's club that you are referring to in your email....is that Camping World????? Are you a Country Coach owner....what is your model and coach number? What is the reason for a "new group site"??? Since we always sign on this group with our coach model and CC # it is odd that you didn't do that on your post.

I looked at this site...."Pyro" is on there...is this how you guys are trying to scare up business??? Why can't you be forth right and just be honest in your approach. You spelled "heard" when referring to new service management "herd" (that is a group of cattle!) is that what you think we are????? CC owners are smarter than that!
Owners beware...we need to find out why "Robert and Reece" are no longer in CC Service Dept. If they are underhanded at trying to get us to do business with them, then they will probably not do a good and honest job in their service work if any of us were to hire them to work on our CC.
I would recommend that no one join this new group as it probably just a sales ploy to get info on problems we are having so they (Robert and Reece) can try to do service on your coach.

Good point about the sign on Dale & Candice! I have brought this up before, but seems like most members could care less. If the poster doesn't have the courtesy to sign on, I won't respond in any way.

I am guilty of often forgetting to add my coach type/year/number.
Sometimes I even forget my coach number :-(

No problem Karen. We are glad to answer any and all questions from anyone who is looking at Country Coaches. Ask away.

But just like chat rooms, you get some hokey stuff going on and sometimes it is difficult to get to the bottom of it when people misrepresent themselves.

That is what we are dealing with here, I am afraid.

Karen, I hope you do get all the information you need to make a decision.....feel free to ask and any of us that know the answer will be happy to answer. This forum has helped many prospective owners pick a coach that suits their needs. How soon are you planning to buy a coach?
