We have a Garmin 2610 and echo the good stuff already said about it. We Like it very much. And would not travel in detail without it.....Even worked in Sorona Mexico, of course without all of the detail of services and places...

David:

I'll bring my Garmin Street Pilot 2610 to Redmond. When we get togather, I'll show you why I think it is an execellent choice. It is portable. Can be used in either the MotorBox and the towed unit. But not on your bicycle, unless you have a 12 volt battery aboard..
Cheers,

Lee, now in Camp Verde, AZ with the Excellent assistance of my Nav Helper...
Check out GPSNOW.com. That is where I bought mine..... After Talking to Dale & Candice at the CC Adult Day Care Center in JC last fall.....

Hi Lee, Thanks, I would really appreciate the opportunity to see your GPS system next time we meet.
Right now we are mid way through our two week stay in Sisters. The weather has been exceptional but I expect it will cool down again before the end of March.
Our electrician is wiring the barn this week but we will have to wait until April before it will be connected to the supply. We are running new water lines from the well to the house as well as power to the barn and want to do this all at the same time so that the excavation can all be done once only!
Hope you enjoy Arizona. If I remember correctly you are planning to return to Portland in April and then put your house up for sale. We will be doing the same but probably a month later.

Not looking forward to selling but it needs to be done.

Take care, David & Karen
