Back from factory

Hi Everyone:

We just got back from a trip to the factory in Junction City, Or.
Our entry door had a bubble in it and they had to replace it with a new door. Everything went well except they paintd the door the wrong color and had to take it off and redo it. Had a few other minor things taken care of and it only took 3 days. That was fun sitting in the waiting room 3 days with two full grown chow dogs. They really did quite well. Just checked out everyone that came in. It was interesting talking to all the people there. The parking facilities were full all the time. Some had major problems and some very minor problems. Everyone was very pleasant and we feel the time was well spent. Since we are retired we had all the time in the world.

This was the last trip up there under the warranty. Probably go somewhere else, if we have any more problems, and use the after market warranty.

We have had VERY good luck with our unit and are really happy with it.
Going to the Pomona RV show tomorrow and check out all the new stuff.
