Michael, you are right on with your comments. There are a few really 'special' folks here. However, for the most part, from the short time I have been on this site, the group is made up of good folks doing, or having done, what you are doing; just trying to get a handle on their coach and the RV world. There are some thoughtful answers and some good help from those that have experienced the same problems here but, if in doubt, you can usually rely on CC Tech at 1- 800-452-8015. No problem with smart a** answers and they usually are on the mark with their help. I have never been made to feel dumb by any of the Techs. There is a bunch of stuff NOT in the books and the Techs know that, so, ask away.
