Any suggestions on tracking down a cooling system problem on the Detroit Series 40?

I've changed thermostats and had the system professionally flushed and refilled with new coolant yet I still run at 205/210 on the level and the temp begins climbing as soon as I hit the slightest grade (220- 225).

Is there a way to check the fan operation - does it have a thermostatic sensor which might have gone bad? This situation has really kept me fom traveling with the coach since I'm constantly worried about overheating. This situation is present without running the dash air.

Any advice would be sincerely appreciated.

May be a restriction in the radiator.
