Webasto/Crossroads RV

I just had the Webasto recall done at the recently opened Crossroads RV in Middleboro MA. They are a CC dealership as well as a number of other brands. According to a Crossroads Tech, it is an NTSB (hope that's right) recall and therefore the Hydro-Hot distributor is responsible for the fix and not CC. The Tech also said that it covers basically all Webasto burners manufactured in the last 10 years.

I was very pleased with Crossroads RV. They set on a very small footprint of land but don't let that fool you. There is a lot of inventory for their size which included a Magna 630 and an Intrigue 530. 85% of their facility is devoted to service with full service bays and a body shop complete with a sealed paint bay. There were a number of coaches there for service and they are booked quite a way ahead but they were willing to fit me in because I had a slide leaking. Despite fitting me in, they were willing to do the Webasto recall for me and grease the chassis. Very nice folks. They are very accessible located on Route 44 right at the I-495 interchange. I lived in the immediate area for 55 years so if anyone is looking for exact directions feel free to drop me an email

Don,

I also had a very good experience with Crossroads RV back in January. They squeezed me in for some body and paint work which included a re-hab of my battery compartment after a local truck body shop in Middleboro refused to do the work after promising they would. Tom Delaney, the service mgr. was great to work with and brought the whole job in under the estimate and right on time. They also stayed late to meet me and Tom opened up early to accomodate my travel schedule. You right that they are not the biggest, but they take their business seriously. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
