Inspire water pulsation & low flow

Part of flow problem, was the connection to fresh water tank. Elbow on tank had two strips of teflon tape across open end of elbow. Tank has half inch pipe thread bung fastened on side with 3/8" hole drilled thru tank wall. 3/8" hole is drilled offset, so elbow fitting covers part of 3/8" hole.

The elbow was not even finger tight & was located on tank just above bay floor, just aft of wast tanks drain port.
