Could some one with experience plugging into a 20 shore power source tell me what type of plug will be needed? Thanks.

Tony,

The standard 3 prong household male plug will fit most 20A recepticle. Suggest a 50A to 30A adapter pigtail and the a 30Ato 15/20A adapter plug. These will provide you greater flexibility.

Not quite what you asked but we find our "cheater box" is a very useful tool. It lets you plug into 2 -20 amp outlets (on separate circuits) or even 2 - 30 amps. Don't recall where we got ours but Camping World has them.

I only have 20 amp in my garage at home, but I use a simple adapter from the three-prong 30 amp down to the standard household outlet.
I find that I can keep my batteries up and use the interior lights but when I turn the fridge on it trips my household breaker for the garage.

I had the same problem. The hot water heater has a 20 amp breaker. I opened that and I can run on a 15 amp house breaker.

Everett: Looks like you have a coach four numbers from mine. What part of the country do you live in? Larry
