Windshield wiper replacement

Where can I find rubber refills for the windshield wipers on my 2003 Allure? I checked with an auto parts store and they would order whole blades at $45 each! Got to be something cheaper.

I found some at Walmart for very reasonable price. They are almost a year old now and still working good.
