Service Manager? What happened?

Does anyone know what is going on at Factory Service? I tried to send an email to Brian Keys, the service manager and then I tried calling and was told he is no longer with the company!!! I cannot imagine that he would be gone! He was the most knowledgeable person there. I would like to know if anyone knows what happened??? What on earth is going on there??? Did he go to another company like Monaco or what??? Is anyone there at service that knows what is happening?

Well now I know why he didn't return my phone message.
Hmmmmmm....interesting development here. I agree that he was a great person to contact when service was needed and problems cropped up.
Now, who to contact for help?

I'm at the Class Reunion. I took the "What's This for?" Class.
Someone asked about Brian during the class and we were told that he is no longer with CC and has gone "home" - whereever that is. Was told it wasn't Ireland.

We were told that Doug Rutherford is covering Brian's position for now.
