Sitting at Outdoor Resort in Newport, OR. Seems there are a couple of very unhappy CC owners here. The feeling is the talent at CC is fleeing rather quickly. One owner so feed up with lip service and no action is making the switch to Newmar and another sitting here in his new Essex.

Another disturbing item is that a popular service company in the Eugene area is questioning what might be happening at CC as well as they happily hire some of the CC talent.
Hate to hear of these sort of things but, maybe there is something missing in the leadership at CC.

Maybe the person in charge of quality control had been pormoted to a slot in employee retention.

That is an understatement! Sat there for 7 weeks and got nothing but lip service and "BS". CC service did nothing but damage my coach.
