Gourmet on the Road

We have a 2000 Intrigue 40ft with the Gourmet on the Road floor plan.
For our use (not full time) we find the floor plan good but there are a couple of places in the mid section where we find the layout not exactly to our liking. We were wondering if other owners of this floor plan have the same hang up and whether anyone has made changes.
Our first issue is the cabinet above the vanity sink and the faucet. To us, the angled cabinet seems to crowd the sink area. Also, the large single handle faucet protrudes excessively into the vanity bowl.
I plan to replace the faucet with one that is less intrusive and am considering having the cabinet drammatically reduced in size by eliminating the angled section.
Our second issue is the closet above the washer drier and the shelves to the side of the W/D.
I plan to install sliding drawers in place of the shelves to improve visibity and access. The two mirrored doors on the wardrobe section are not eaxactly user friendly in our opinion. We have already eliminated the protruding handles with sharp corners that lay in wait for the unsuspecting passerby. Am now considering replacing both doors with sliding wardrobe style doors to simplify access, wife not sure about this?
We were wondering whether any other owners of this floor plan have the same issues and whether anyone has made changes. Any suggestions welcome.

I have a 1998 Intrigue Grandview Slide and share your concerns especially with the closet above the washer dryer.

I have had Pace Arrows in the past and they have slide out pantry shelving. It is a unitized, vinyl coated wire rack approximately 36 inches high, 30 inches deep and 8 to 10 inches wide with 5 shelves.

I have had the idea for more than a year to purchas units like this and install four in the closet. This would make a wonderful pantry.

Problem is that in a year of searching I cannot find the unit.

Does anyone have an idea where such units can be found.

I have a 99 Allure that has the type of vinyl coated wire rack pantry slide that came that way from the factory. If you call John Bickle at CC service he can probably tell you where you can purchase the shelving.
