Thinking of Maine

We are considering a family trip to Maine this summer. Interested in the Bar Harbor area. We have been there previously, but that was before we were RV'rs. It seems that there are a multitude of RV parks in the vicinity, and many sound very good. Sure would like to narrow it down a bit.

Any recommendations?

We were up there for the FMCA rally last year and stayed at the Barcadia Campground. It was well located for touring the Nat'l park. The campground was neat and clean, some sites were not too level. I suggest you make your reservations ASAP. There was a neat Car Museum in the area. It didn't look like much from the outside, but there were just over 100 cars on display, some one-of-a-kind. Well worth seeing. best of luck.
