extended warranty

has anyone used acc warranty group for extended warranty? i had a policy for last couple years and they are non existent as far as customer support. i filed a 300.00 claim over a year ago. several failed attempts to get any response. would like to know if anyone else had similar issues. thanks

I never heard of ACC unfortunately, but my coach came with a 4 year 48K Easycare extended warranty and I have had occasion to use it twice with good success. Not to say they don't have their list of exclusions like warranty companies, but they did cover me on several items thus far.
