Inspire Owners 2005/2006

The 2006 Inspire has a different and larger engine air filter system than the 2005s.

I would be very interested to know what kind of vacuum readings your getting on your air filter minder, after a long trip.
My gut tells me that the 2005 Inspire air filter system, might be poorly designed and overly restrictive.
My readings are around 18" of restriction with 11k miles on the filter.
Now, if the 06s are getting similar readings as the 05s, I won't worry about possibly redesigning my air filter system for better performance.
