To all that responed to my post about getting the run around from this business, Thanks. I have not contacted CC about them but will in the next few days.

As I pasted through the Albany, OR. area on the day of my appointment I called the business and no one aswered. I did get a call on my voice mail the next day, explaining that he does take care of his customers and would attempt to contact me when he could get me in. I don't plan to return to this business. Now that I have gone over the coach with wax I find more poor workmanship and will not let this shop touch my coach.

Sorry for the delay in the thanks and the update, but have been out of touch while on the move, finally found warm & dry and dropped anchor.
