Smartire, Pressure Pro, Tire Safeguard

I had just about settled on the internal system by TS until I found that the components are manufactured in China. Have had several bad experiences with Chinese products so will look further. Anyone know if either of the other units are manufactured in the US?

You should give Silverleaf Electronics a call and see what they have to say about TS. If you look at Smartire's financial statements their future looks a little rocky. In addition, SE has experience installing and supporting TS. I know ST is located in Canada but I'm not sure where they get their parts. I would also give TS a call if it concerns you. We are having TS installed after our upgrades are done so I'll let you know how it goes.

TireSafe used to be sold and installed by Camping world about 5 years ago. I had a system installed on my Magna for the towed vehicle and it worked fine for about 6 months. Neither Camping World or TireSafe( Canadian company I talked to a length) would stand behind nor fix the system. Maybe they have perfect what was a flawed system and I notice that Roadmaster is now in their court but in my case once bitten is enough. I will install a pressure Pro based on the inputs on this board.
