Inspire headlamps revised

We are still bothered by poor headlamps. Lamps can be set to make decent low beams or decent high beams, not both.
It seems the headlamp assemblies in 2005 Inspire coaches are Ford made units. These lamps have no front markings of mfg, certification, date or model. From appearances, CC did use Ford OEM lamps. CC said Ford P. N.
1L2Z-13008-AB driver side, 1L2Z-13008-AA for passenger side. The Fords I have seen all have marked lamps except 2002 to 2004 Explorers that use the same units. So far I have not found any 2002 to 2004 with different lamps.

Explorer drivers all say lights are fine on Explorer except those that also have or drive Chevrolet trucks. One man driving a new F150 said his lamps are far better than Explorer lamps but his 2001 Silverado lamps are the best he has driven

I have measured 12.80 volts to low bulbs with engine off & 120 VAC shore power to coach. Chassis battery voltage was 13.89. 1.09 volts lost some where. Actual voltage drop is probably much greater with engine running, dashboard lit, running lamps on, stereo on. Time to wire high & low relays & 10 gage wire to headlamps from where?

I am hoping someone will find a replacement unit with better beam pattern before I do.

I don't think the poor lighting is a low voltage issue.I think the issue is poor light pattern do to a poorly engineered reflector in the light assembly.I have installed Sylvania Silverstar bulbs in the low beams and that seemed to help do to the whiter light, but no matter how I adjust them I can't get a good light pattern on low beams and a good pattern on high beams with the same adjustment.I always end up with dark spots where I don't want them.

You cannot know this unless you MEASURE the voltage.
It is really simple to do and making any decisions before you do so is foolish.
