I have a 2004 Intrigue #11701 and have gone from Vegas to Reno to San Juan Bautist, Montana etc. My Tran temp always runs 180. I have a Allison 6 speed 3000 and a Cummins 400 ISL & a 2 stage jake.

Maybe check the engine idle speed and the size of trans.
