Great support form CC and HWH

When we pulled into a campground to overnight at Big Spring, TX. my slides went out about half way and stopped. Not a good feeling.
Working with CC support on the telephone for about half an hour we went thru the systems, and there are many involved with the slides, and determined that the pump motor for the HWH slides was shot. This was on Friday and UPS would not do a Saturday delivery to Big Springs. The motor had to come direct from HWH and the closest town that UPS would deliver to on Saturday was Odessa, TX, about 60 miles away. The lady at HWH called an RV dealer in Odessa and asked them if they would accept delivery for me. They agreed and I was there to meet the UPS truck Saturday morning. Got back to the campground and installed the motor and the slides worked.

Thanks to CC for having qualified Technical staff available to support us and thanks to HWH for going the "Extra Mile" to find a way to get me the part on Saturday.

BTW, low voltage from a bad cranking battery may have been the reason this motor burnt up. I was also able to locate a new battery.
