Delimitation on Side

I would like to give you some free advice. I have a 2003 Allure. Most of the slides made that year had a defective paint job on just a small strip of material.

CC told me repair could only be made in Florida or at Junction City. I was fighting cancer at the time had to delay my appointment. I made the hugh mistake of tasking CC with additional work which I was going to pay for. I wrote a statement of work and kept in contact with CC(The last CC approved vendor did such a terrible job that I wanted CC to fix some of these issues, this is another long story). To make a long story short I saw several delminiations being repaired when I was there, and I am sure they were done according to some procedure, but trust me there is no quality control, so if you get a bad tech. you are just stuck. My coach was there for two weeks, and when I pick it up the camera did not work, and that night the slide leaked during a rain. So I am there two extra days. Nice people yes, qualified maybe, organized never. All of my written insturctios where never passed on to the service writter, so when I got there I had to start all over. I later faxed him my written statement of work, and that is also another long story, CC would not acknowledge my prior bids. So when I left many items were now up in the air.. So if you what more details call me at 949-551-5327 or e-mail back. I am not trying to scare you, but i strongly suggest you keep it very simple. All the prior communications just do not pass on to the service tech. when you arrive, and yes plan at least one extra day of you checking.

Thank you,

Jim Spivey

Everytime I visit service in JC they pull every e-mail, I have ever sent them. When I make an appointment I ask for a specific service writer, and he also has a set of emails. I send a copy to the Service director, Doug Rutherford, the appointment person, the Service coordinator, Larry Sherwood and the Service writer. If I feel I am on unstable ground I first contact Chris Snyder, CC

Service Co-ordinator in Tucson and Mesa Az. @ Beaudry, to give me a reorientation course! For me he is straight forward and honest to a fault; but, at least I know where I stand..
