Norcold Refrigerator - co-no fault code

Instructions tell me to reset - check that vents are not blocked - that doors are not open - that coach is level - tells me the cooling unit has stopped working

If all fails take to the dealer to get fixed.

Has anyone else had this problem? Did you take it to the dealer or fix it yourself?
