leaking hub on tag axle

I need advise on how to handle a leaking hub on my tag axle. It started several hundred miles ago as very small streaks coming from hub and leading to the rim, and now after a 425 mile day I have a small puddle of oil next to the tire below the hub. Any ideas on what is causing it and any suggestions on who I should call to fix it?

It ended up that a little red cap on the hub had fallen out and thus let the oil seep out. A tech in Corning, CA. found it and replaced the red cap - all is good now. I think the tag hub might be the same set-up as my front one. Pull the chrome cover and check it out.
