Re: [Country-Coach-Owners] wheeler rv las vegas We bought a used Dutch Star from them several years ago. Being our 1st diesel, we were too new in the RV market to know a good deal from a bad one. They were pleasant and helpful and when we had some major electrical problems an hour after we left (we stayed in LV the first night since it was too late to head home) they got us right in the next a.m.
Do your research and compare dealers, then you'll know if they really give a good deal or not. From what I've heard their "deals" aren't as good as other dealers, but then compare and see what you think.

Anyone have any good or bad experiences with this dealer? >
We had work done on our slide at Wheelers last year. They kept the coach a month and did not fix the slide properly. Their communication with us was horrible, never contacting us once. We had to place all the calls to them.

When we picked up the coach it was filthy. They neglected to put down plastic runners and runied our carpet. We have had it cleaned twice and are going to have to have it replaced. They also poked a small hole in our ceiling and "neglected" to let us know about it. When we asked if we could air up our tires upon picking up the coach, they directed us to a filling station, stating they didn't have the equipment to put air in the coaches tires.
hen we complained about the poor service and damage done to our coach, no one from Wheelers ever called us back. We had to keep calling them and were told that management was in transition. I could not reccommend them to anyone.

Country Coach Destinations magazine says Wheelers is their "most improved" dealer.
I think that is very funny because Wheelers has spent years lowering the bar beyond belief.
Local knowledge is to avoid if possible, but an ok place to look around.
I know that its easy to take potshots at dealerships, but Wheelers has truely earned their poor reputation.
What saves Wheelers is a great location just off I-15 as you enter Las Vegas from the south.
I have been burned my Wheelers on service, and the comment below about not allowing air service is not surprising.
