Advantium 120 vs Sharp Micro-Convection?

Yahoo Message Number: 23436
Hello,

I am looking for opinions regarding pro and con using the Advantium 120 vs the standard Sharp Microwave/Convection. My Sharp is having problems and I am thinking about "upgrading." Anyone who has used both that can give me an opinion which they think is better???

Thanks,
Rosemary

Hello

The wife said she likes here Advantium very much, the controls are pretty neat and easy to set up.
It looks rich on the outside.

Hi Rosemary, I have had both Microwaves and I like the Advantium much better. It is very easy to use, self explanatory in the menu on the dial. I Speed Cook option is wonderful, I use it all the time. The Speed Cook option is the main reason I like this oven better. Hope that helps, Candace Hollick p.s. where did you head off to when you left the rally?

Hi Rosemary, You are getting good advise from fellow travelers. My wife loves the Advantium. It is 5.00 AM PST otherwise she would answer you directly in about two hours!
We like it so much we are including one in a kitchen remodel project for a regular house.
Getting one at a good price including installation might be bit of a challenge.

Good luck, David

Rosemary, we have the Advantium in our 06 Inspire. WE do like it, HOWEVER we have had to have the light inside replaced which caused the circut board to short out. W were still able to use it but there was no light.

IT was fixed under warrantee, but the service tech said that the light was a common problem, and if it hadn't been under warrenty it would have cost about $200.I would suggest that if you do replace yours that you get an extended warrantee on it.
