Electric Brake Controller

Hi All,

I will need to pull a trailer later this year with electric brakes. My coach is currently not equipped with an electric brake controller. Has anyone installed an electric brake controller on their coach? Is there a spare wire in the electric bay that runs to the rear of the coach that can be used for the brake control?

Yes. In the engine bay u should have at least 8 spare wires going to various locations in the coach. Two will go too the bay under the drivers seat where the brake switch is located. U may have to run wires from that bay to where u mount the brake electric brake unit. To find these wires u can purchase a tone generator from your local electric supply center.
