Generator auto start

Yahoo Message Number: 23779
Just recently traded my SOB in on a 42' 2006 Country Coach Allure with electric refer. My problem is I can't get the generator to auto start when the battery voltage drops. I set the start/stop times on the VMS and set the battery voltage to 11.7 volts. I must be overlooking something simple and the owners manuals aren't much help. Any suggestions?
Thanks,

Mike, if your autostart is thru the silverleaf, in the setup, you have to enable autocharge also for the autostart to work.

I bought same coach May 2nd and found the same problem. BuddyGregg fixed it with factory help. Apparently the 12volt reporting wire was not connected to VMS module. It took BuddyGregg 2 days to find it.

In my case it was behind the lower breaker box panel and reached by going in under the toilet area sink to the back of that panel.

Once they made the correct connection then I could see voltage correctly on VMS. I called CC to go through the set up of the VMS and now it works like it should have in the first place. This took 3 days of service.
