I have fallen in love

It is true I fell in love with the 2006 Allure 37 470. So I will be getting unit middle of next week. I have been looking for the last two months, but finally found the deal and unit my wife and I could agree on. Will be selling a 2003 allure 36 30895. With many extras.
Any adivce on anything I should check for on new unit, or tips on selling old will be appreciated.

I have read alot regarding some quality issues, and have driven on test drives several Cat's that would not hold down trans. temp. This unit is really new only 1100 mile and during test drive tras.temp was around 190. Would cool at idle and seemed normal to me. The unit has the Cummings 400, and in all the postings I have not heard that there is any trans. temp. issue with the Cummings, if I am wrong please send me a post.
