Probably the KOA at Fort Mill, SC. Just off the interstate I77 and you can be downtown in 10-15 minutes depending on the time of day. There is one up on I85 just north of town at the speedway but traffic may be worse. Probably depends on where you are comming from and then going to. I lived in the area 20+ years and have stayed at both places.
