splendide dryer not turning: self testing

This is a follow up on the previously posted message asking for help with the dryer.

Darrell Klein @ Westland sales 503.655.2563x14 was very helpful. He emailed me a troubleshooting self test guide. I used my volt meter on the control board to test the voltages and resistances of 15 clearly marked pins. It failed in a couple areas indicating a defective board. I ordered another through Darrell to arrive in 3 days. I will attempt to post the trouble shooting guide.
