New Meaning to Customer Service

After leaving the Flying J south of Phoenix on I-10 we were half way to Tucson when a MAJOR PROBLEM became apparent on my '04 Inspire. We discussed going on into Tuscon but being Sunday we turned around and went back to the Flying J - thinking the problem might be solved there better than in Tuscon. We pulled past the ram jammed RV lane and parked near the truck weight station. Within a minute a Country Coach Owner Support truck pulled up beside us. WOW - what service! "Do you need some help?" the CC rep asked. "Yes! I forgot to put my gas cap back on, I hope it is still here! Do you have an extra gas cap in your truck if I can't find mine?" The CC Rep waited while I went to the pump - sure enough the gas cap was right where I had left it an hour before.
Then, in my excitement I messed up the door to the gas tank - the CC Rep helped me fix it right there in the parking lot of the Flying J.
How can you beat that service?

I have one very close. And, I have also received great customer service from CC. But....

I purchsed my 2004 Inspire from Buddy Gregg in Dallas. I get all my service there and it is always high quality and reasonable in price.
During the winter, I was lazy and did not start up my coach during the very cold periods we experienced this year. So, I could not get it started a couple weeks ago. I called Buddy Gregg service for some insight on how to get it going with my build-in charger. Afer some time going through their recommendations on charging with my system overnight, I still could not get it started (some blown breakers that I had not reset properly).

Todd Springs, the Parts and Service Director volunteered to come out to my house and work through the problem. He came out personnally (about 10 miles away) and resolved the issue. He graciously come out on his lunch time. Now that is service!!!
