Engine coolant/ Black Water Rinse

We're about to have several items taken care of on our 2000 Allure at J C; among them is to install the "No Fuss Flush". What was the solution to the plugged rinse ? From the comments , it appears that the black water rinse currently being installed at CC is different than that prior to 2000..Yes / No ? Am I trading good money for a problem-laden Black Rinse ? P.S. the built-in 26" Black Hose storage tube is sorely inadequate.
We're planning to go to Alaska ( 1st visit ) after our June appt. at CC / JC. Any suggestions, Do's / Don'ts from the group will be appreciated.
We're taking our toad.

We've just received the Tow Car Shield from Coastline Co.
We have extra fuel filters.

I plan to buy a spare Toyo tire.
We have lots of repellent.

I'm trying to research the border crossing + toad brake laws. As I recall, the Canadians have backed off from their stance ( toad weight ) on aux. brake requirement.
Within the past year I've read in an RV mag. ( can someone verify or tell me where I read it ) that some RVers were being cited in British Columbia for not having them. According to that article, after much complaining from the USA RV community, the Canadians have backed off, and I believe, have raised the Toad vehicle weight requiring aux. brakes to 5.000 lbs ( approx. 2,000 kg,.I believe ). British Columbia's is . / was 1400 kgs ( approx 3500 lbs ) according to the latest TL Directory......Interestingly, Yukon's is only 910 kg ( 2400 lbs ) ! ! ! What does one do ? BUT, even though the directory is a 2002, its abit behind the curve due to publishers printing cutoff dates.
