Scott Adams and Bobby Vodden also do projects together using each other's talents. They are building a computer desk and magazine rack for us at this time. Both have worked in the RV industry for several years and met at Guarantee I believe. Scott worked at Davis Cabinets for 10 years and did work for us 2 years ago also. We are happy with their work. The fees are very reasonable. Scott suggested we also include Riley Furniture while shopping for a Euro-chair....saved us 50%.

Good morning CC list... Gordo here.
Not sure how many of you fine folks have this same set-up as I do on my 99 Allure La-Pine with sidexside refer and washer dryer both sharing the same wall.

Seems the CC engineers in their quest for a neat n clean set up for refer's drain line for condensation run-off from the inside coils (no unsightly black drain tube being poked out the side-wall vent door like most manufactures are doing lately). Is also hooked into the washer/dryer overflow pan drain (safety overflow pan that these Barbie and Ken washer/dryer units sit in) .

Good idea but in the real world (we use the dryer, don't we??) lint from the dryer does NOT always all get caught onto the any lint trap much-less one used for a Barbie and Ken's toy dream MoHo (of course slightly enlarged for human use). Sure some gets by and falls down into the overflow pan. Of course we all clean the washers lint trap below on the bottom right (the wet one that spills water every-time we open it, what engineering brain child designed this getty-up?).
Okay the problem isn't that CC ran this drain line to under the coach (great idea). But installed a cap on the end with many "very" small holes in it (hello is anyone home). Problem is lint from the washer/ dryer gets into this drain line. You guessed it, clogs all the small holes and makes a barrier that even droplets of water can't pass through. Of course after a while, the drain water(s) find their way back up to the washers drain opening and make what can only be described as lint based concrete. Now the washers pan drain line is plugged and the refers condensation run-off is now working it way up to the cheesy refer equipped (standard fare thin walled drain line) drain line that hooks into an over tightened T fitting. You guessed it again... The waters that were so thoughtfully engineered to run to the bottom of our coach, is now dripping on the wood shelve the refer is placed on. You have no idea it going on.
My fix... I don't know... But removing the end cap was a good start.
A waterfall of smelly thick lint-crete came out. I'm not a little guy @ 220 pounds (okay back off be nice) but was able to get my body into the lint filters closet and the small opening to access the lint filter. Thereby, able to clean the pans drain opening (Using air, water and my trusty stick with a pipe cleaner taped to the end) Next was to fix the black plastic drain line (not unlike that plastic alligator covering used to keep wires tidy) used from the refer to the CC installed 1/2 "quality" drain line and T fitting. I wish installers could understand that clamps are to be tightened to stop a leak, not over tighten to a point of ripping the tubbing apart-!
I thought a heads up might be useful for other CC owners. Not bashing CC (love mine to death although it might be the death of me if I keep finding bright ideas going south) Just an experience others might find useful when thinking of what needs checking on or before the side-wall under the refer starts to delam and bulge out. Food for thought... What you do with it is your choice. But in my world, I'd check the drain line sooner then later.

That's my story and I'm stick-en to it.

I want to jump in here and recommend Amazing Creations too. Last year I got bids from both Davis Cabinets and Amazing Creations for a project. Scott and Bobby bid less than Davis. Their quality of work matched Davis cabinets (I have some in the coach) and their professionalism and willingness to listen and include the customer was superior to Davis.

As another poster said, they can do more than cabinets and electronics. They have a very clean shop. Two weeks ago I had them do more work for us. I have no doubt I will return in the future as my wife and I build a new coach one piece at a time.
