Storage solutions?

My wife is a quilter, and as such, she needs to have a full size ironing board with us on our travels. When not traveling, we have been leaving it propped up on a bedroom wall, but are looking for a better solution. Most door/wall hangers available from Home Depot or other stores don't seem to work well. Any suggestions are appreciated. We'd prefer not to keep it in the basement.

We keep it under the couch. It also makes a nice table for doing other projects, and can also be used as a computer table because it extends up and down so you can use it while sitting at the couch. Jim Twamley, Professor of RVing 2000 Alure 30429

How about strapping it to the wall of the closet like they do with the table leaf? Or could do what I do with a folding chair, use a velcro strap to hold it against the back of one of the dining chairs.

Consider strapping it to the lower/or upper side wall on the bed platform-we are considering this for the keyboard!
