ride height help in st paul, MN - HELP!

Yahoo Message Number: 39904
I'm in need of help in this area right away. Need to see about a check up because we think we have a problem in the ride height valve. We could stay here for the weekend if necessary. We have a 1996 intrigue 36' no slide
CCI 10272.
Cell phone 314-614-1457.
Thanks, Dottie & Paul Smith

Do a search here on ride height (or similar). There is a procedure talked about here where you can adjust the coach height when you are parked with key off, then remove the 7.5 amp fuse for the travel mode.
Then, when you start the engine, it will stay at the height you set it to. This will get you to a repair facility, or home if prefered.
It's good to know what your ride height should be, but you could probably "eyeball" it and come pretty close. Good luck.

I believe Precision Frame & Alignment (763.241.9474) was installing shocks and adjusting ride heights at the FMCA St. Paul rally earlier this week.

As Larry points out, you can probably manually adjust the ride height and then remove one of the HWH control box fuses to allow you to "limp" home or to a repair facility. I "limped" several hundred miles last year when my front ride height valve failed.
I'm in the St. Paul area (Lake Elmo Park Reserve) and carrying a spare ride height valve that fits my coach.

Try Cummins in White Bear Lake north of St Paul. I used them a few years ago and found them to be very thorough, careful and fair.

We went to Precision right after FMCA because we had the ride height off, they were great. I would recommend then to anyone, they really know their stuff. Ours was so off it took a bit to get it fixed but we are great now. They also checked our alignment and weighted our coach. We had them do shocks while they were working on it.
They are about 45 minutes from FMCA on Hwy 10, easy drive and really cute town, Elk River. You can park in their lot for a day or 2 while waiting. They are very busy.
