Bob and Jay would like every one to know that they are commited to work together in these tough times to make both of their bussiness be the ones still standin when we come out at the end of this slup in the RV market. I had the pleasure to sit down with them both for a cocktail last night and it is good to see a few old friends look forward to the future. The folowing is a memo from Jay giving instructions to the entire CC staff. They are looking forward to seeing many of you at the albany Rally.

Bob and I have agreed upon a mutually acceptable series of guidelines we will employ in future inter-actions between our selves as individuals as well as between our two Companies. Going forward I want everyone to work with Bob's Company as an authorized service Center for Country Coach.

Bob and I realize that much of our future business success depends on our relationship and long time friendship. We both intend to work diligently to protect both our relationship and our businesses.
